Leadership in Occupational Therapy

The leadership chat on October 4th hosted by Gillian Crossley.

Thanks to all who were involved in this very busy chat!  There seemed to be a consensus that leadership skills are needed for Occupational Therapists, both for our own personal and the professions development. There seemed to agreement that we can all develop leadership skills and Tweeters shared what they would value in leaders, such as vision, direction, integrity, ambition.
